Return Policy
Should you need to return an item to Bella Melissa, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. You may return unused items in their original condition with tags attached, for an exchange or refund. Used items and personalized items cannot be accepted for exchange or refund. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
1. To return an item(s), circle the item(s) on the packing slip you are returning. Note your reason for return.
2. Indicate if you prefer a credit or exchange. If exchanging, let us know what you would like by noting the name, color, size and quantity.
3. If shipping address has changed, please include the proper address
4. Pack and seal return securely and include packing slip. We are not responsible for lost items, so please insure accordingly. All packages must be prepaid-we cannot accept C.O.D.'s.

6. Please allow 30 days for your credit to appear on your statement.

Bella Melissa accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash, money orders or checks. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday using USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground with delivery confirmation (whichever will get to you faster). Express mail and overnight delivery are also available. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and should be received within 7 business days of order date. Express mail items typically take 1-3 business days to process and should arrive within 1-2 business days after your order has been processed. Overnight delivery orders take 1-3 days to process and should arrive the next business day after your order has been processed.
Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail and will not be charged.
